Beachbody On Demand

I signed up last week but tbh I'm a little overwhelmed by the amount of content. What does everyone recommend to start with. I'm used to circuit training and mixing cardio with strength (I'm a Jillian Michaels fan) so looking for something along those lines.
Any suggestions?

    You would probably like the 21 day fix, or if you're up for a challenge, 80 Day Obsession!

    I love Jillian Michaels. Maybe look into P90X3? It has a good mix of cardio and strength training and the workouts are 30 minutes. I'd guess Chalean Extreme might be another good option as well, but I haven't done that one, so can't say for sure.

    I too love Jillian Michaels and am doing Piyo. Just started it this week!

    Piyo is actually a nice little workout!
    The 22 minute military one is too :)

    I've been doing 21 day fix for just over a week and I'm loving it. I love that it's only 30 minutes :)
