I am back on track as of yesterday. Feels good. Three days off, is definitely too much. I don't take any vitamins, just because I can't be consistent. It is a personal problem I have always had. I think I have only once in my life taken an antibiotic correctly. Good Luck on your OMAD @jeanona

I have researched it a bit. Pretty basic, no whites, fruits, and no cheese. Pretty simple. I think I may try being mindful of those things instead of cutting them out. Simply because I don't want to start a diet. :) But it can be a useful tool just jump start me for sure.

Well Christmas was fun and enjoyable, I had one day that I ate like a Queen. Up 4lbs, but I am sure that was all that sugary goodness. I am back to my less decadent menu, so lets bring on the new year!

Today was a terrible day for me. Both kids are sick and I ate way too much. My hunger started at about noon, and it was the kind of hunger pains that are non Stop.
