                I don't have one. I sat at the 150's for most of High School, the smallest being 135 so I am not sure. For me to be a healthy BMI I should be below 145. I was in the 200's starting in early elementary, brief period of a healthy BMI in High school, to obese again. I feel like I should just go until it settles itself maybe?

                I am gonna eat carbs, and I am going to eat horribly from time to time, but I enjoy it. It comes to time with my husband, which is sometimes not a lot, because of his busy schedule.                 Day 10 of 21 - 186.2 Had a last minute dinner option of Long John Silvers. Super bad idea. Fried Fish and Fries and Cocktail Sauce with so much sodium that I can feel the bloat in my fingers as I type.
