I love creole!

I broke my coccyx in the 5th grade. I was terrible, it was hard to walk, or sit. I was also a child who wanted to run around constantly. So I am sure it wouldn't be as bad as an adult, because you know your limits. lol. Hope he heals fast!

Yummy! Fingers crossed for your bump to be gone!

Congratulation on such a big drop. I think I lost "7" lbs my first week. I mean you have had a drastic change in your eating, and your body is like "what?". No worries, just our bodies letting us know that they were holding onto stuff that wasn't important.

Yay! I used to have a French Vanilla Creamer fetish. Like "Would you like some coffee with that creamer?" problem. I made the switch to black coffee about three weeks into my OMAD journey, slowly weaning myself off of it. I had a splurge day a few months ago, and tried my lovable creamer coffee. I could not finish it,…

Yes I mean a week. Good grief, I can be a mess. Yes! It has been so named "Analyzing April" !!! What a great suggestion! Yes, so on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday my OMAD will be no more than 500 calories.
-
I have been doing research into other forms of fasting, and I think for April I want to give something new a try. Keep in mind that all of this will still include OMAD. (As I would never deviate from that) We are quickly coming up to my 1 year OMAD anniversary (July). As Microscope March has been a wonder for me, I want to…

Oh I hate ear infrections, I get them once a year. It will take five to six days in bed for me to recover. My ears are sensitive...or I am a baby. Either way, i hope yours clears up fast!
-
I hope everything is still okay! :)
-
I hope that gout attack got relief!
-
I don't know about you, but when I have fries and ketchup I retain water for a little while because of the salt. I don't believe it is true weight gained, don't get discouraged, by that little bitty bounce. You have this.

Oklahoma missed out on snow this year sadly. It actually has been 3 solid years of no accumulation in north eastern region of the state. I am a big fan of snow ever so often.

I am happy for your loss! I know better than anyone that sometimes you just need to splurge!

Oh @sunnycobayo I drink a lot of coffee. Normally about 4 cups, but can get up to 6 a day. Coffee usually does work, but not so much this week.
-
Mmmm beef and broccoli! Now that is something I haven't had in awhile. Glad the ACV in water worked out for you.
-
Set points are real and can be frustrating. You just have to grin and bare it, but if you stay the course, it will eventually move.
-
Cheese crackers are my enemy. I love them, but once I start munching on them, I need all of them in my mouth as fast as possible! Good Luck!
-
Yay for 193!
-
I love me some sweet potato fries! No one in my house likes them, so I don't get them very often!

Microscope March March 19th Daily Weigh in - 175 Previous Nights Meal Included... A really weird mesh of beans and corn. (See Picture) Intake: Unknown So my mother, bless her heart did her best to make a dinner out of my lacking pantry options. This is what we got. It didn't taste bad. It is the only thing I ate, it was so…

oh they are. @brittdee88 . It is one of those side dishes that you can clean out your fridge with.
-
They are usually made with leftover Mashed potatoes, but I make them with hash brown. Lots of seasoning, some cheese. Fry them up in the skillet! delicious.
