Today after 4 years I went out biking at 6 am, it felt good to bike in the city without the need to stop behind a traffic light, so I could bike faster. also, all the stores and bakeries were closed so hopefully, I was not able to buy anything to eat during my bike trip.:D

@micki48 yes you are right, I checked my macros I m consuming a high percentage of carb and low amount of water per day. I will work on this. :)
