A breakfast if often have is 40g rolled porridge oats with water and 100g egg whites mixed in. Microwave for 2 and a half mins and then add a chopped pink lady apple and some cinnamon. 464 cals, 64g carbs, 42g protein and 3g fat.

Hey Brian, I use 1.5 scoops chocolate protein powder, 1 egg, 100g fat free natural yoghurt, 100g crushed rolled oats and a medium banana. I like to top with blueberries.
