40-70 is High for fat intake per day. I know its probably better then before but that's High. Just my opinion but you should be eating half that per day.

Costco popcorn. 3 cups: 105 cal, 7.5 fat, 195mg sodim, 12 carbs, 9 fiber. If that's not healthy popcorn then I don't what is.....

Kirkland popcorn from Costco is a lot Healthier. I buy it all the time because it is a Healthier and I still get to enjoy popcorn

I guess it depends on your activity level. I work out 5 days a week. I do high carbs on my workout days over 200g and low carbs on cardio or off days below 100g. But on workout days i eat under 35g of fat and cardio - off days around 60g of fat. This works for me. In the past 2 months I have lost 4% body fat which I'm down…

I would use the weekend to have my cheat meal or snacks. Everyone needs a cheat meal or else they will hold out till there breaking point and binge like crazy. I eat low fat on my High carb day. And higher fat on my Low carb day. Egg whites, yogurt, lean meat, chicken, fruit, veggies, pretzels, etc,,,,,
