Hi! I'm 5'3 and currently 145 down from 192, working on getting to 130. I lost the weight by calorie counting and allowing myself treats every once in a while. I also started going to the gym.

I like the Lean Cuisine Chicken Parm. I will pick it up if I've forgotten to pack a lunch. Under 300 calories, satiating, and usually only $2.

Hi! I'm 5'4, and currently I'm at 160 after losing 30 pounds. My next goal is 145, so I have another 15 pounds to go, but I am feeling that I might want to go to 135.

I do eat chocolate every day. My favourite is Ritter Sport dark chocolate with mint. I have 2-4 squares every day and it satisfies my sweet…

I like to cook my frozen vegetables in a stir-fry with garlic and onions, or sometimes a low-calorie sauce. A touch of olive oil can go a long way, too.

If you are walking to burn calories, I would recommend using the Pacer app. It tracks calories much more accurately than the entries in MFP and can be synced with MFP.

I have a cheat meal about once a week although I usually try to make it fit into my calorie goal, more or less. I love burgers and fries, pizza and pasta. Having a meal like that once a week or once every two weeks gives me something to look forward to and helps prevent me from binging on crappy junk food like chips and…

Today I had a packet of instant oatmeal with skim milk, with 28g of crunchy peanut butter mixed in for flavour/texture. I topped it off with 62g of strawberries! I've been finding this breakfast to be super easy and convenient for me in the mornings.

I'm more concerned about going over calories than going under, so I weigh and log to ensure that I'm not overeating.

Grape tomatoes with hummus :)

I always pack up my leftovers in a tupperware container before I even sit down to eat. I am less inclined to go for seconds when I do this.
