Been there done that, mum of three and I started using this to help after baby number three. 2srine 5 in 5 months, don't push your self to hard it's time to let your body get healthy again, no rush at all the last thing you want to do is exercise to much not eat enough and then be exhausted

Yes I know but I meant like masculine muscles, I'm trying to tone my muscle but not to the extent it's chizzled or anything like that

In 6 months I've dropped 2 stone! :D not to mention my eating habits have changed I feel so much more confident. It's been so much easier than I thought I've cut out fizzy drinks eat what ever I fancy just cut down the portions and I'm a regular at the gym when I can't make it I do stupid things around the house usually…

Don't get your self down two years ago I was in a wheel charlie unable to walk I had fractures both my hips and torn the muscles which hold your pelvis bones together. I was told I would be unable to move around properly for months id have to have intense physiotherapy and hydrotherapy to even be able to hold my own body…

Do people actually diet :/ I've eaten pretty much exactly how I usually would just moved more exercised more and had smaller portions a diet without pizza and mc Donald is not one k want to be part of :D also after 193 days I've only just found out you can have friends in this thing so please feel free to add me I'm lonely…

Thank you sheermomentum. I realised straight away I clicked the weight I was in that day and not the weight I was when I started and it's always bothered me. I've literally just noticed there's a chat room on this thing :)
