Hi I was a size 18 Australia I have lost 22 lbs and now a size 16 I can fit into a 14 but I couldn't leave the house in them . To be honest I could have been more of a size 20 since all of my 18's were stretched

I buy dresses that are one size too small. Sure I can't wear them out (being that they look too small on me) , but it becomes my next goal! Another 5 more kg's should do it

I do a menu plan and a inventory of my pantry and freezer. That way I don't buy things I don't need. Since my family has started to eat better we save money on not buying food.

I went over every day in the first week. Log it and look at what you can change. You will find tomorrow easier.

I haven't had one before! They only open shop in my state this year! Perth peeps are in love with them! Before they open this year the nearest one was a 6 hour plane ride away! I am hoping not to taste one, just in case I want to eat them all
