I want to find a good balance for me. I so far have add in eating salads Snacking on yogurt and apples. I still eat my bread I just limit it. No wine each night. I still a little chocolate at night

I had the same issue. When I make pasta or a casserole I have a small serve and add steamed veggies into my pasta / casserole. That way it bulks it up and you can still the same food

I am loving it! I am on my third week and this week I got my self a Fitbit HR charger With the Fitbit I push my self harder! I needed to get my eating under control and MFP lets me see what I am eat and where to cut out food. It makes me think twice!! Make sure you track Everything !!!

I got my hr charger today!!! I am loving the heart rate !!! When I am at home I can do my step and get my heart rate up throughout the day 5 mins there 10 mins here when ever a good song comes on or just because. I can see that I am burning more cals

Have a long talk to hubby!!! When My husband wants high cal food he does it when he is on his own or at work. His chocolate is at work and all his takeaway food is it lunch far sat away from me. Hubby understands that I am cutting out that food and knows not to ask me if I want it too.
