  • Lifting weights and a couple of hiit sessions a week for cardio will help you shift fat and build lean muscle
  • Have you tried any HIIT? Interval training has really helped my endurance :) and it's over quickly
  • Also, your weight is ideal. At your height weighing 10kg less would be verging on dangerous!!!
  • Get rid of 70kg and dump him.
  • 5'9 Sw 138 (skinny fat, didn't eat much and did heaps of steady state cardio wore uk size 10) Cw between 150-155 depending on the day! U.K. Size 8 Don't have a goal weight more of a goal size to stay an 8 and would like an inch off my waist I eat about 1900 cals a day I don't record workouts so don't have a clue what I…
  • Thank you :) yeah I was a lower weight to start but a dress size larger, I just did loads of steady state cardio and was unhappy in myself. I wouldn't personally get too hung up on a number, just keep trying and when you feel happy then stay there - if it's not the number you had in mind, but you feel good, who cares
  • I think it must just be the amount of training I do, that has made me more lean and muscular than I used to be. For me to go back to the 130s or even 140s I think I'd have to quit the weights and to back to my "skinny fat" body, but I try not to let the number phase me and go by measurements instead, I feel happy in myself…
  • Thank you :) I go on measurements not weight, when I started out I was a dress size larger but weighed much less, around 138lbs and I looked skinny but flabby?! I find it too easy to get hung up on weight and I have super muscular legs and glutes which make me even heavier so for the most part I just totally ignore weight…
  • I'm currently bouncing between 152-55 and wear a U.K. Size 8 but I train hard and lift weights so my muscle:fat ratio is pretty high. I'm small framed but at 5'8.5 can't imagine weighing much less than this and still looking healthy xx
  • Regarding my last comment that's for the Uk sorry I just saw a couple more comments and think I may have missed part of the thread

  • It's not from aldi but have you tried Arla Skyr natural? It's available in asda tesco etc and it's much cheaper then fage and the most similar consistency I've come across, lovely and thick not runny at all. Similar macronutrients values to the 0% :)

  • The nut one is so nice! I think the texture is great, and blind tested my friends who couldn't tell it wasn't "real" chocolate, they really liked it but assumed it was perhaps a supermarket own version rather than a brand name. Worth a try!
  • Haven't tried the aldi before, I will check it out :) the brownies sound amazing too - I want to work towards lowering my sugar so that I too can reach minimal cravings. At the minute I am finding chocologic gives a great chocolate hit without the sugar so some other options will be nice thank you both
  • My frame is quite small, so I don't want to gain weight either but I truly didn't realise my intake was considered low - despite all the activity I spend most of my time sitting either on the commute in to work, then I'm parked at a desk all day. I'm a lazy girl inside lol I just like the feeling after working out. Will…
