  • I do not use a food scale and I have lost 45 lbs so far and dropped 4 sizes. Everyone has their own way. If a food scale works best for you then use it. If it will give you anxiety or cause issues then absolutely don't as long as you are moving in the right direction.
  • Just keep with it! With MFP I record things I want to eat BEFORE I eat them. It really makes you consider if that 140 calorie cookie is worth having to have an apple for dinner :smile:
  • I just met my goal of 40 lbs! I have a new goal of 25-30 lbs. Start: 205 Current: 160 New goal: 130-135 You CAN do it just keep it up!
