    Just keep with it! With MFP I record things I want to eat BEFORE I eat them. It really makes you consider if that 140 calorie cookie is worth having to have an apple for dinner :smile:

    Just keep at it. I stopped for a while and but with the bar code scanner it keeps you focused and on track. So I wish you success ;)
