  • Well, the point isn't to read the email per se; I have heard positive things about fasting and wanted peoples's opinions. lol put an email in there and people get all mad at me.
  • I must suck at time management. I don't know how you people do it.
  • Yes, a lot of it is made in the kitchen. I kinda wish I enjoyed working out. Moving my body is fine. I like martial arts and other activities, but I get bored running and lifting. Im a sad man lol
  • Ill try it and see if I can get in on a power rack and use that ap.
  • I haven't tried a 5X5 in a long while. Do you do the sets with little rest to keep HR up? I will see about getting it done. There are few Powerracks in my current gym. Pisses me off. lol
  • You hit the nail on the head! I shouldn't model myself after those people. And yes, they make their living off of it I know. I think "your job is working out." if my job were working out, then it would be easier too. We live in the same area! Hi DC metro area!
  • Yeah, gaining muscle can be hard as hell. For me, I have a lot of things I am working on and have to pick and choose what to focus on. :S

  • I definitely don't stand as much as I could. I try to take the long ways. I work in an awkward part so it's a longer walk. I will try the stairs thing for the restroom. I guess every little bit helps
