Has something recent happened to make you feel so bad? Can you recall the trigger point? Why all of sudden? Food is our go-to the way alcohol is for alcoholics - you have to go back and first identify what it was that made you feel out of control and upset -what set you off?

I think the real answer is that you have to do the work to find out why you were using cigarettes and food to mask what is really troubling you.
