I'm on 1300 calories daily, which I never reach. I eat a variety of foods, no shakes. I'm trying to get closer to it but average closer to 1000. I stopped adding in exercise. I'm in the same boat. I am just plugging along. I have stopped adding in exercise calories though. They were only 1-300 hundred anyhow. Don't judge, lol. I measure and weigh and log everything, drink a gallon of water daily, eat healthier.I know it will happen eventually.

I love what you have to say! :-) I'm disabled so try to do small hand weights and a resistance band from a chair. I'm losing excruciatingly slow. I do not add in exercise calories now.

I got discouraged today with the scale up 2 lbs when I've been under my calories all week, even with eating out once. It is excruciatingly slow (losing 9.1 lbs in about 2.5 months)I could carve this lb of fat off faster using a butter knife. :/

Love it. I love Trader Joe's spicy hummus because I do not like bland. You could probably replica that. Or make beet hummus or sweet potato hummus.
