@HabishaGirl. Didn't do well as I was away for 4 days for work. Started off ok but ate rubbish all day Sunday and wasn't great on Monday. Weighed myself this morning 85.5 (up more than 1kg from last week). Not giving up though. Aerobics last night and back to healthy eating today. Hope things are going ok for you now 😊

Hi. I'm also trying to lose 1kg/week. I'm 50 and I weigh 85kg. My plan is to be under 80 by Christmas. I'm trying to do 10k steps/day plus zumba classes. Also trying to stick to my MFP calorie allowance. Good luck to everyone

Hi everyone, thanks for your posts. It's good to have tips from others and find out how different people do with this diet. I find it suits me better than trying to cut back every day. I'll see how the weight loss goes........

@michy84 sounds like a good plan. I find 1200 isn't enough for me. I'm trying to lose slowly but surely. Otherwise I'll end up doing what I've been doing for years and put it all back on again. Good luck!

I'd also like to join April 23rd 198lbs so aiming for 190. I'll be trying to walk 30 mins or 10 000 steps a day plus 3 other exercise sessions per week. I'll also be trying to stick to my MFP calorie allowance and eat 5 portions of fruit and veg per day (I don't often manage this!) I'd be interested to hear what others…
