^^all sound good. Mine is similar to some, I think it's really easy: 5 x whole eggs, whip em up 1 x cup of oats Blend it all up You can do 1/2 oats...anyway, it makes about 3 x good sized pancakes, then I smear something sweet on them, almond butter or some jam, whatever makes you happy. And drink water people!

@cushman5279 good points, especially the water and protein because those are two of my guiding principles,,,,,,,,,,the others involve muscle confusion (which I understand is an urban myth but it makes me feel good) and don't drink fruit juice thinking it's healthy.

Can't believe no one has said CHICKEN BREASTS!!!! Some EVOO, Lowry's or Old Bay,,,,,,,,,,,,throw it in the oven on 350 for about an hour along with some sweet potatoes, set for a few days of lunch or whatever...........drink water people!

I have ADHD so I go from running to swimming to biking to rucking to the elyptical to the stationary bike to walking to intervals to...........well, you get the idea. Mix it up! And, drink water people!

@tat2cookie awesome pic! good discussion. @SpecialKH you're extremely organized, I can only strive to that level! I'm lucky if I can bake some chicken breasts and steam/bake some sweet potatoes and steam some kale.........that's the extent of my preps for the week.

I have to adjust my goals a bit for this week, last week sucked. 1. IF Monday - Friday (18:6), shoot for my 1500 calories and shoot for hitting my macros. I say shoot for because life keeps getting in the way of things. 2. Practice my parallettes 1 x time this week. 3. Practice handstands 1 x time this week.

Baked. I get a bottle of North Carolina BBQ sauce, throw it in with the chicken, 375 for an hour-ish. I throw in my potatoes at the same time, just quartered lengh-wise with some EVOO and Lowry's...I usually let the taters go a little longer than an hour to get them a bit crispy...but it's an efficient process for me.

I agree and disagree a bit. I think macros are important. Not sure if there is a "right way" and "wrong way" but this is what I've been doing. I'm 5'6/160lbs.
