I just like throwing chicken breasts in with a bottle of Carolina BBQ Sauce, all day on low. Falls apart, spoon it on into some tortillas, bam.

Concur. Some say protein shakes/bars, what have you, are not supplements, which I suppose they are not; however, I supplement my protein for the day sometimes,,,,with a protein/creatine/banana/chia/flax/etc shake after dinner/before bed. Whatever works for you, but 3-4 might be pushing it IMO. Eat a chicken breast! Yum!

Eating pattern on weekend = none. I continued 18:6 for a couple or three weeks way back in...July? August? I'd have to look at my records, but it's a royal pain and frankly, I have convinced myself to say screw it on the weekend anyway! So, it's like a cheat weekend I suppose.
