Mine was yet another experimental fusion. Made lychee stuffed with duck, green curry, hot chilli scallop sauce, pine nuts and coriander, served with curry udon.

Bearly Bento went to work with me today packed with my Dagwood burger. Itsa brie, bacon, caramelised red onions and sage burger with strawberries and oranges for dessert.

Brekkie was prawn, goji, tang oh and egg mee suah but the brie, bacon, caramelised red onions and sage burger was so huge, I had to portion it out for both lunch and dinner.

Breakfast was a fruit scone with cardamon tea and dinner was cardamon ginger rice with vegetable curry, roast duck with petai, red onions and hot chilli scallop sauce and a chicken herbal soup.

Ate out mostly today (durian crepes, lamb shanks & yorkshire pudding) but came home to make a macerated strawberries, red onion and chrysanthemum leaves salad with roast duck.

Today's dinner was wagyu steak with sauteed asparagus, kai lan stalks and cherry tomatoes with burnt butter and sage sauce topped with a little brie and tomato & mascarpone sauce. And a little curry udon.

My meals are all a mess because it is Deepavali and I am snacking like a fiend. Which will probably make me a fat fiend who has to work out like a fiend too soon ... Wasabi seafood salad, chocolate lava cake, braised chicken rice, snacks, and more snacks ...

Babi Bento went to work with me again. He was slightly miffed I had not been paying him due attention so he got geared up, snorting, "I am armed and dangerous!" My meals this weekend were pomegranates, churros, oxtail & tendon hot pot, herbal duck mee sua, grilled scallops, harajuku egg and pigs trotters & chicken feet herbal soup. Lots of herbal stuff for some reason ... LOL.

My asparagus, bakwa, sweet basil, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cauliflower-crust pizza, with a light drizzling of balsamic vinegar. Yes, it is gluten free and the crust is made from cauliflower.

It's a caramel latte with 3d foam. So adorably cute we were drinking it carefully to the last to preserve the pretty!

Crazy day at work so got some takeout. Sashimi, grilled squid and a chocolate lava cake.

My friend made lunch for me today. Omurice, Japanese chicken curry and kimchi. Soooo good! In exchange I gave her a couple of doodles for her to paste for her decoupage project. Scratchings for full on lunch - I think I got the better bargain!

Dinner was garlic baked escargot and beef stew from the neighbourhood family joint. Steamed a little hairy crab just because and ended it with a tiramisu & cardamom tea.

I dreamt of egg cups last night. So this morning, I woke up to make bregg cups for my lunchbox. What are bregg cups? It's my lovechild of a bread pudding & an egg cup.

Tres tiny wagyu steak with a wild rocket salad with orange, brie & walnuts with a balsamic, raw honey & dijon mustard dressing. And a fried egg for more protein.
