Grilled cheese & tomato sammich, grilled herb-crumbed halibut, salad of mesclun, cherry tomatoes, red onions, roasted petai, white coral algae with spicy dressing, followed by warm mini Portuguese egg tart & B&J's New York Super Fudge ice cream and a cardamom tea.

I try to have a smoothie for brekkie daily. Today's was a papaya, banana, carrot, ginger, flaxseed, spirulina, date, mesclun salad leaves & almond milk smoothie.

I pigged out again. Sigh. Tomorrow is gonna be a killer workout session to make up for this .. Potato noodles cooked in seafood stewing stock, wagyu steak, Hong Kong hotpot take-out, mesclun & cherry tomatoes salad & a fried durian for dessert.

Dinner was green mussels steamed in red wine, red onions, garlic, ginger and lemon. Accompanied by a mesclun salad with cherry tomatoes & brie and finished with papaya for dessert.

Spent all night making lunch for my lunchbox ... and the office catered in lunch for a lunch meeting. Head desk. So my lunch box became my dinner. LOL

My lunch which became my dinner because the office got lunch delivered during our meeting. It's the petai, red onion, cherry tomatoes scrambled egg with hot chilli scallop sauce & shrimp roe & scallops. Added meslum greens and fried chicken wing to round up the meal.

Lunch was Apple, Brie, Honey-Glazed Walnuts & Raw Honey on Broccoli Crust Pizza and dinner was a simple fish soup with a chicken liver and bok choy added. Supper was a petai, cherry tomatoes, red onion scrambled eggs.

Mozzarella. honey cherry tomatoes, brie & artichoke pesto on broccoli pizza crust for breakfast. I whacked together a sashimi salad of sorts for lunch - half of which was saved for dinner as I was too stuffed.

Breakfast was the gorgeous-looking pumpkin bun rose. Lunch was a bun of another colour. The Japanese bamboo shoot bun I bought from the nice Japanese ladies at the World Food Fair. Very yummy! And finally lunch was sliced fish soup with fish roe and salmon sashimi. And I boiled up some goji, white fungus and red dates soup…

Oh, sorry! Let's see ... it's Philippines Spicy Pork Belly, Salt Yolk Carrot Cake, Mini Churros with Gula Melaka, Grilled Giant Squid with Spicy Sauce and Pumpkin Bun in the shape of a rose. All yummy except the carrot cake & the Squid. Actually the squid was yummy but the supposed spicy sauce was weird tasting.

I had pizza for breakfast ... lol. Using the broccoli pizza crust, I made a avocado, dill, salmon & mozzarella pizza. And this was dinner.

Had a tough day at work & a killer workout this morning, so I decided to chuck my clean eating and have my 1st MacDonald's meal in months. Quite yummy, especially the sweet potato fries but they could be a little more generous with the spicy sauce for the ebi burger. But full of msg ... getting a migraine now.

It was inspired by another member's post about cauliflower pizza crust. I used broccoli instead. It's gluten free and quite easy to make. Yummy but still not exactly like pizza crust - lacks the chewy texture. I used broccoli, mozzarella cheese, eggs & ground almonds as well as some Italian mixed herbs & S&P.
