I am getting better at those pushups and had to do a double take when I was doing a lunge and touched the floor.

I need to get that workout done today. Knowing it is really only 20 min motivates me a little. I keep thinking I am going to get bored doing the same thing over and over. I need to start thinking I will get strong. Getting bored is negative talk and the negative talk stops here.

This is a picture of the egg bake I talked about. Please note apples not toast. Toast is a high calorie/low nutrition filler food and I am trying to stay clear of.

Last night I made spaghetti so I put 1/2 cup of noodles in a bowl and added 2 cups of green beans and meat sauce on top. Now this is what I call a good meal. I love red sauce with ground-beef so I can put it on any veggie.

I was dodn50 pounds and kept 40 off for 6 years till I added 10. It took me a couple of years and now the extra 10 is gone but I still have 10 to go. It is tough. I just want to get tone more than anything.

I am laughing at the DVD player still working. I have gone through a couple of them and try not to use mine very much. I should really just put all my DVDs on a portable hard drive so I can pull them up easier. it's always a crap if the player will work.

Your food eating can't be any stranger than mine. I put many things on salad for starts. When I see things like an english muffin with 1T peanut butter I just think I will be hungry in an hour from the chemicals in this.

I got that double rack of ribs from Sams. It all fit and 35 min in my pot. It did take me an hour on warm to do a release. I had other things to do. Worked great. I can't believe that we are at the end already. In a big way I am happy to be the end of the logging but I will miss the group.. Thank you to all our group leaders.
