Hi to all I am so excited to see a SE WI paddle group. We are in Union Grove and I am a paddle boarder. There are times I go to browns lake or lake andrea. lake andrea is a quiet lake. Park on the side and paddle for free. Browns lake a little rough but a good workout. I want to paddle all summer. I am also a camper.

Starting weight - 168 Current weight - 134 December Goal -129 & 15 workouts. Ultimate goal - 118 01st - 134 07th -131.9 15th - 22nd - 29th - I got 4 killer workouts in this week and I logging all my food.

Starting weight - 168 Current weight - 134 December Goal -129 & 15 workouts. Ultimate goal - 118 01st - 134 08th - 15th - 22nd - 29th - I had to put my highest weight in so I get a high five for keeping off some of those pounds. Bigger goal is to workout 15 times this month along with logging all my food.

I am having a minor setback. I don't think it is broke. I might have to go in for an x-ray. I attached a pic of it getting better but I tell you that I am more thankful for the ability to walk. When it finishes healing I will be looking at exercise as something more positive. This setback sucks

First I don't look at it as blown and set a weekly goal like log what you are eating and stop looking at things of what and when you are eating and focus on getting other things done and that you need good fuel to get this stuff done. I need a food buddy. I do enjoy piyo. Dropped 4 x 4 on my foot so I have been taking it easy for the last 3 days. I would think I should beable to do piyo because there isn't a bunch of jumping. I have to look up the food plan.
