I am currently training with beachbody on demand (access to all programs online) if you are also currently training with beachbody and are looking for a new friend and support please feel free to add me & we can motivate each other

    I tend to do Chalean Extreme and Power 90 off and on, though am currently trying to recover from illness, so not doing too much. Welcome to MFP. :)

    Hi! I'm currently doing 21 day fix. Just wondering...what do you all put it in MFP as? Aerobics, general? It's strength training too so I hate to just add it as cardio!
