  • I'm still 129 kgs! I am strength training though. So there's potential for weight gain. I'm going to start measuring with a tape. Also doing more cardio this coming week. I weigh myself semi-randomly, should this be more consistant maybe?. I'm still feeling good. :smiley:
  • I'm 29.6 kgs a loss of 0.4 kgs( 0.8 of a pound). I still feel really great generally, though I've notice myself sometimes growing impatient with the process but I've managed to subside the negativity. I am really happy with the loss of weight though :smile: . I'm heading in the correct direction.
  • I've only recently started counting what I eat ( about 15 days) and I am blown away by how wrong I was about what is good and what is bad.   • Yeah, I've revised my efforts to focus on more long term sustanability. At the moment I am between semesters in Uni so I will work hard in the gym, when Uni starts again I'll need ease up. Thanks for all your advise :)
  • So an update, I reached my first goal, went to the gym Mon-Fri. Pretty darn happy! Now my next goal is to do a full week, all 7 days. Hope everyone is having excerise success.
  • Thanks guys. The battle ropes are just that, battle ropes. I personally feel like they get there name from the idea that you have to battle yourself to actually do them. They're tough but certainly worth it.

  • I weighed in at 130, which wasn't a change from last week, but feeling great and happy! Got to keep it up.
