  • Welp, there's no saving the calories in my day, and no only drinking on the weekends... I just don't work that way (sadly). I've never been good at that so coffee and seltzer it is. And I am dog-tired of missing my goals... I think my bff is taking this worse than I am!!
  • I am so right there w you all!! 6pm is a hellish hour! Yeah but it's gotta go for me. Realizing I put so much effort into get in better health/shape/size and blow it wayyy to often (nightly?).   • Up at 430 to gym for 5 5-6x/wk - best time for me to get it in before life gets in the way! Mix it up some morning weights, some spin some runs outdoors. Just have a good coffee and enjoyable workout parter!
  • Winter running in CT! Definitely layer base, mid and outer depending on temps. Gloves keep knuckles warm, don't forget hat or ear covering too. Also a neck/face warmer muff has been my friend. When it's snowy I have a pair of water resistant Brooks adrenalines, with wool socks. Hope this helps!

  • Not sure if this counts... I recently joined a kickball league and played my 3rd game tonight. It still feels new and I'm having fun doing stuff I haven't in a looong time :)
  • Hi I'm new to this group, i was going to see today's challenge ready to take on my first one. I read it and thought... Nah... Fast forward a few hours I reached under the sink and found lots of water and corroded pipes. How did you know?!?!
