passing on the drinking
Has anyone given up drinking entirely as a piece of their weight loss/life change/transformation process? I'm ready to say bye to it and curious others' successes and challenges... thanks!

Anyone doing Natalie Jill fitness?
I'm 4 weeks in to NJF 12 week plan - pretty significant strength training, cardio additions and nutrition guidance. So far so good I'm really pleased with the plan/outcomes so far! Plus get a few runs in a week and a random walk/bball/swim. Just curious anyone else following her plan? Best to come my way in quite some time…

Walk/run intervals?
Wondering how others enter their run/walk intervals - I don't see it as an option, so do you enter them as separate items or take your overall average and find what fits best?
