Anyone doing Natalie Jill fitness?

I'm 4 weeks in to NJF 12 week plan - pretty significant strength training, cardio additions and nutrition guidance. So far so good I'm really pleased with the plan/outcomes so far! Plus get a few runs in a week and a random walk/bball/swim. Just curious anyone else following her plan? Best to come my way in quite some time - feeling strong!!

    I just started doing her Rev 4 DVD. Was doing it a couple times a week (the full 40 minutes) but I am going to switch it up and do 20 minutes of strength using her DVDs on weekday mornings and supplement with cardio at the gym at lunch time. I have noticed more definition in my upper body already and can finally do push-ups the "man way". ;) I have eliminated most processed food from my diet and that is helping hugely!
