C4 definitely! I've tried multiple considering I work until 12 at night and am at the gym at 7 or 8 to repeat the day. Sometimes I need a lift me up and I always count on C4 for the help!

If you tend to get hungry later at night I suggest slimfast! I use the powder and just make a shake. Fills you up for bed but it won't hurt your weight like the snacks will

You have to burn more then you eat. Try to burn at least 200 or 300 more calories then you eat. Sounds difficult but you always burn calories while sleeping and doing the simplest activities.

Increase your protein! And drink a lot of water! Protein helps to feel full. I eat chicken at least once a day and try to drink as much as possible. I always have water with me everywhere I go.

I use zantrex! I don't always use it everyday but it helps give me the boost of energy I need sometimes to workout. I have a fitbit surge! I started with the flex and love how light it is! I recommend fitbits but I have seen 50/50 between fitbit and garmin
