Yeah normally after a night out I have a fish and chips or Jamaican curry set meal. These are like 1000 calories and I work eat for the rest of the day through being so full and waking up late and lounging in bed.

She means you may be understating your calories. Alot of foods you scan actually have the serving size for half the packet etc

Haven't we all. Just don't rush the process. Rushing it and then returning to normal eating habits is what boxers do. Your bound to gain the weight back because you'll probably stop execsing I'm conjunction with worse eating. Good luck comrade

Hi Kelly, It seems like you've hit a plateau. Are you doing the sameish exercise you were doing 4 months ago? I'm similar to you and I've had the same i pushed though it a few weeks back but it's basically your body being like dude slow down

Hey thanks for replying. Well ideally I wouldn't mind about 400 or so calories per meal and then 100 or so for in between snacks. I've looked some up but it's maybe about changing my mind about what a breakfast is. Like yoghurt and berries is supposed to be high protein

Thanks. Yeah I hear you guys I think I'll priorities cardio and do weights at like 6 in the evening so I don't affect my sleep

Yeah I hear you I think I've done it before but only with cardio and the weight just melted off but I think I was eating about 800 calories a day ( some fruit for breakfast and dinner and then a large meal ) whilst running twice a day. I think I'm going to try it but with weights. I want to feel good not just look " good"…

Yeah I think your right and I've always been impatient which in turn leads me back to square one. From next week I am going to incorporate weights back into my regime and *kitten* the scales

Hi Jane, Probably 2 weeks ago. Yeah I know but I like seeing fast results and I know once it summer the weight will drop off but I want that results now. But at the same time I know I'm not meant to be skinny so maybe I should just relax and do 2 workouts a day for 3 days a week and then on weekends just hit the weights etc
