  • add me.....had 126 to lose, so far 54 down. I will say this: You have to be 100% committed to losing the weight. Give yourself the TIME to lose it in. It will take more than 1 year. Lose slowly and exercise at least 15 minutes a day. (not so much sagging skin that way). Set mini goals.
  • Today is the 1st day of the 60 Day Challenge at the gym I go to. Hoping to lose 10 pounds this month, but to gain strength. Will be leaving on Friday for a weeks vacation, but pln on walking everyday and trying to main tain what I learn in "bootcamp".

  • just signed up to do a 60 fitness challenge at my gym....not concerned about how much weight I can lose, more concerned with losing inches and gaining upper body strength. i did 60 mintes on the treadmill today using the random hills setting, proud of myself for completing this.

  • I just recently started at the gym, need to lose 125 lbs. I can only do 20-30 minutes on the treadmill, but I go and do what I can. The 1st time there, a very young muscular gentleman saw and and praised me for being there. That is the reason I keep going.
  • I am new to this also, 1 week. Age 60 SW 267 CW 260 GW 140 So far so good, but I get discouraged easily. The hardest part for me so far has been drinking enough water, but past 3 days have been at 12 glasses a day. I will take all the encouragement, advice and help I can get.
