He sits most of the time. His job is mentally demanding, but not physically. He doesn't exercise much... especially not when dizzy. So you think MFP is a little off with the recommended calories?

We had Dr. Praeger's Super Greens Veggie Burger on a whole wheat bun with a bit of hummus spread on each side and a tomato slice on top. Pretty tasty. If you don't like to cook tonight, Panera has a great Strawberry Poppyseed Salad and amazing Mediterranean Flatbread for around 500 calories total.

My favorite is paprika spice all over chicken breast and then add some Kickin Chicken Spice as well before cooking it. It's slightly spicy, but with flavor.

I started 2 weeks ago and eat a lot of raw veggies now. Carrots for sure! A fried egg on whole grain bread in the morning with some fruit. Lots of salads with canned tuna in water. Chicken breast. I'm trying to lose about 80lbs and my husband has about 70 to lose. We just started (10 days ago) and I keep a pretty good food log.

Under the food tab if you look to the right there is a "Recipes" tab. You can add your own recipes and list each ingredient separately. Very helpful. Most restaurants have their nutritional information posted somewhere.
