I had gallstones a few years ago and my doctor didn't offer me much of a choice. It almost went without saying that of course we are taking the gallbladder out. That's what ended up happening (I did my research, it's all right everyone). The surgery left me with 3 tiny scars, I recovered quickly, and feel completely normal…

My favorites are from H&M and they are way cheaper than VS. I've also bought gently used bras from ebay before.

Halo Top is awesome! Just had the birthday cake flavor (my favorite). Arctic Zero is another brand. Their "higher" calorie ones (75 per serving) are good and Walmart carries them! Try Chocolate Cherry Chunk or Brownie Blast!

Try flavored seltzer water for your carbonation fix and then something else for caffeine. Extra coffee, tea, or maybe try Dextro Energy (pure glucose).

Harris Teeter has a Greek Yogurt Dressing in their Organics line. It's low calorie and pretty good! I also like the little Knorr salad packages (check amazon for "knorr salat kronung"). You mix each bag with 3 Tbs of water and 3 Tbs of olive oil, wait a few minutes, and then toss it in the salad. I usually do 1-2 spoons…

Try Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt! Vanilla or Strawberry Cheesecake are my favorite!

Yes! I had a cheat day on Saturday and by the end of the day I felt nauseous and in pain. The next day was still not the best... Now I'm thinking of switching the cheat day to one or two extra things max rather than whatever I want all day.

They have them at our Walmart now! My favorite is the Birthday Cake one, but I also like Cookies and Cream. My husband loves the Peanut Butter one and the Sea Salt Caramel. I didn't like Strawberry or Lemon. Vanilla is okay.

I've lost 45 lbs so far, but have just as much to go... I log every day if you want to be MFP friends!

Weber's Kickin' Chicken is awesome! I also like to mix paprika with parsley and then add a small amount of Kickin' Chicken.

For snacks I eat Halo Top or Arctic Zero ice cream. Or a serving of Triscuits with cheese. I also like the EatSmart Veggie Chips - you get a bowl full for 140 calories. Same goes for Nilla Wafers. Then there's Dannon Light and Fit yogurt if you need protein. Or a simple carrot stick. My husband likes to snack on turkey…

If anyone would like to add me... I have no restrictions other than calories and log every day. Probably eat too much Arctic Zero and Halo Top...

I sell my old things on ebay and buy "new" ones there as well. For example, I just went to Target and tried on their $30+ pants. Then I went to ebay and found the exact one I had just tried for $15 shipped, slightly used. On the same day I sold 2 of my husband's old pants. Good day! :) I do wear my jeans for as long as I…

I'm still on the way, but I could help a little if anyone would like me to! I am 30, started off at about 237 lbs and am now at 195 lbs after 242 days. I logged consistently except for a 2 week period over Christmas... No diet restrictions - I eat meat and dairy and chips and pizza and ice cream and chocolate and salads…

Started yesterday and everything hurts today. :)

They're only okay when cut in teeny tiny pieces and hidden between/inside other things (not bacon). I hate the frozen veggie bags that come with water chestnuts. They make up 80% of the bag and are gross.

I like the Halo Top Vanilla and Birthday Cake best. And I love the Arctic Zero Cookie Shake one as far as the 150 calorie pints go and the Cookie Dough Chip and Brownie Blast as far as the 300 calorie pints go. My husband likes the Chocolate Peanut Butter one. They are not bad once you get used to them and let them thaw a…

As far as snacks go, Snyders has Veggie Chips that are awesome (especially the ones shaped like French Fries) and you get 30g for 140 calories - that's a salad bowl full! I love to eat those with Red Pepper and Artichoke Tapenade (20 calories per serving). Also, the Artic Zero or Halo Top frozen treats are great and it…

I eat about that much a day. Breakfast is almost always the same. 2 slices of Nature's Harvest toast plus one boiled egg (I slice it and put it on the toast) and 1/2 banana or 1/2 apple (I share with my husband). For lunch it's often a salad, some Triscuits with cheese, Greek yogurt, veggie cakes from Ikea, the grilled…

I love Torrid, but it's not going to fit me anymore soon. Other than that I like what Target and Kohl's have to offer... And Walmart has really nice pajamas around Thanksgiving time. I like cheap things... I think the most expensive piece of clothing I own is a $70 Panache sports bra (and yes, it was worth it).
-
Bump?!

I lost about 25 lbs and that resulted in jeans that were 2 sizes below my starting size (went from a Torrid 16 to a 12). And I bought the exact same jeans at the exact same store, so it should be fairly accurate.

We went to a Vegan restaurant, thinking that it would automatically be low-calorie. That was the worst day since I started this weight loss thing... and we eat local pizza and Chick-Fil-A every now and then. They had none of the calories listed online, but they told us after we ate what was in it. The tiny meal was 1500…
-
I love Newman's Own, especially the roasted veggie one (it's actually really good and I don't usually go for roasted veggie pizzas). I think a whole pizza has less than 800 calories.
-
You could get a Grilled Chicken Burger from Chick-Fil-A and a side salad with honey mustard dressing... maybe some Arctic Zero Brownie Blast frozen treat to top it all off. They have them at Walmart. Or bake some fish or grill some chicken, add a bit of rice, and a couple of baked zucchini halves with shredded parmesan on…

Every day, but I only log when I lost weight. Once that happens, I usually go up 1-2lbs over the next few days and then I suddenly see a loss again after 5-7 days. It motivates me, too, either way!
-
We have a pillow like that, too. But my husband would like a more permanent solution.

Is there anything you did that helped build mass/muscles in THAT area?

He does sit like the "bad posture" picture, but only because his tailbone hurts otherwise. Like I said, in his particular case he actually has a deformed tailbone to begin with and now that his butt has lost the cushioning... it just hurts. He had a bruise right above where the crack starts just from sitting the other day!…
