I would like to join this thread. My goals for spring - 10,000 steps per day at least 6 days per week. I will try to track everyday and hope to lose 10 pounds over the next 3 months

OMG, it's like I wrote this post lol!! I feel like my life is on auto replay, I just keep losing and regaining the same lbs over and over. I have never stuck with a diet plan until I reached my "goal" so I have never learned to maintain the weight loss. Hopefully this time will be different for all of us!

Today is my 1st day back. Previously lost 40 and over the past 3 years have gained it all back. I would love some help staying on track and would love to reciprocate for others
