So true people dwell on the negatives things or what they think is negative and run with it like as a vegan I don't go to meat eaters and scrutinize what they do just bc I don't agree with it.

I've learned to find what works for me ofcorse I do have days when I have junk vegan foods but mostly whole plant based foods

Keep it up although I do follow the high carb low fat I did not lose weight once I plateaud on almost 3000 calories a day I don't really watch my calories I just do macronutrients which has worked for me very well I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I am full that is what has worked for me the most Keep on keeping on

Yes I am vegan I don't consume meat eggs dairy honey or any other forms of animal products Bc of how horrible it is what they do to those beings that have the exact fear and hope to live as us humans do

I totally agree that is where bcaa and nutritional yeast and all of those things come into play There is not one perfect way to eat for every person it's what works for you and your bodies personal needs I follow macronutrients and get more than enough of carbs proteins and fats as well as b vitamins (not just b12) thanks…

I love it even if I don't use that as a deficit per say I still like to see how active I've been throughout the day and who knows sometimes when you see you haven't been too active that particular day it motivates me to get my butt moving lol

That's awesome and I feel the same way everyone's like so what do you eat and I say the same thing I'm like pizza and pasta and potatoes and there like I could never I would be so "fat" or I need the protein I always try to explain its not about carbs it's about what kind and what you put on them !!

I'm not sure what you mean by that I'm not pushing an opinion of eating I was just wondering if there were other vegans or just anyone that has incorporated more veg and fruit meals into there diet paleo or not.
