I am 5 8' and my goal is 150-155 anything smaller I lose my curves... you look fab, don't loose your juicy bits! And ladies get old looking the thinner they go. great work. you're glowing.

I brought scales today too, great for measuring food that I consider "treats" , I do t mind if I go oversize a bit on my oats, but tonight I measured 100gms of potato wedges and lite sour cream for a treat, It is a way better method. Best wishes!

Hehe it's difficult... So much info out there, I am very much into whole foods anyway, I think when the MFP told me I was overdoing my fat quota by including coconut cream and oil in my diet. I am confused by the macro nutrient levels. Thanks you for taking the time to answer.

Yes I guess a initial mistake is thinking less is better... My bloods are good, just had a thorough health check, I just don't know what to eat in the evenings. After dinner, perhaps low fat protein is best... Yoghurt . Thanks.
