ha ha i did the same thought I was 5 ft 7 all my adult life turns out I am 5' 9! luky for me more calories, and a more realistic weight goal... I thought i had to be 130lbs which would be skeletal on my frame. hurrah weight goal now 150lbs.

Get out the tape measure you might be surprised, also holding water due to muscle repair? Or due to menstruate. These things all make me gain and I get really upset also to the point of derailing, But I get out the tape measure and I usually see a half inch loss on my tummy.

I have been noticing that I am really tired on days that I exercise in the mornings, I get a great adrenalin rush after and then i am flat. I have just had all my bloods done and they are normal.... so i think its just quite normal.

I would say that you were active! Breastfeeding takes a huge amount of energy, remember to rest in the afternoons it helps your milk Supply. Speaking from experience.

I am 5 8" and currently doing between 1200 and 1400 calories to lose I started at 98kg and am now 86Kg over roughly 8 weeks, but only seriously the last 5. Thats been fast weight loss and I expect it to slow, I know know some folks will say TOO FAST but I feel good and eat for nutrition. my goal is 70kg or 150lbs
