I've gained 60 lbs in the past 5 years... I really need people that can keep me motives to shed those lbs away and get back to my normal self. So far so good... I've lost 7 lbs in 9 days.. Add Me!

Grats. Don't get discouraged like I did if/when you don't lose anything for a week straight. I tend to lose a lot then stop for a week, then lose a bunch more the next.0

Realistic expectations are key here. Rapid initial loss is from the body shedding water, not fat. For the vast majority of people on MFP, 1-2 pounds per week is safe and sustainable.0
