Funny thing is, I have 3 gym memberships at 3 very different gyms. One is a total meathead gym with a room where I do BJJ training. The one by my house is smaller and has a variety of clientele, the third is strictly a MT kickboxing gym. ALL are less judgey than PF..the "non judgemental" gym

The "90%" pure dark chocolate. Tastes like bitter greasy chalk. I get if you want chocolate and can't have dairy sure, settle with dark chocolate, but people are lying when they say they actually prefer bitter dark to a good creamy milk chocolate. Theyre so full of crap.

Different gyms for different goals. An elite athlete is unlikely to be a planet fitness user (unless they re being sponsored for PR), just like TRI STAR is unlikely to attract the "just want to drop a few and be healthy"crowd. Find where you fit.

Women's only gyms..dont get me started...all These years striving for equality, to be able to even go to a gym where men have typically dominated..only to cower and hide because of our insecurity, segregating ourselves because we are uncomfoetable in our bodies. Any activity you do above and beyond normal every day activities. For some people (like a senior citizen or someone recovering from a seriously illness or injury), walking to the store 3 blocks away would be hard exercise. For someone really active, hiking an hour a day may be their "baseline" so wouldn't log it.
