Not one person has ever lost weight because they bought a fit bit, expensive workout clothes or trendy exercise equipment. 300 club
Any other minimalists out there? My goal in 2017 is to reduce the number of things I own to 300 or less. Tired of having so much crap I never use or has no use (ornaments and such). Any other minimalists here?

What is your sport? How often do you go to practice/classes for your sport? What is your conditioning routine outside of practice/games/matches? How many days a week do you train, how many times a day on training days? Would love to hear from the atheletes here. Seems most are just here to lose weight.

Modify meal setup?
im on 6 meals a day(bodybuilding diet). Can the food diary be modified as "meal 1, meal 2, etc?".
