A 50g protein shake, and about 400g of baked redskin potatoes with sriracha.3

Nothing this morning and lunch will be steaks on the grill with loaded salads and garlic bread
And then supper is leftover pizza lol

Steak and salad. I needed meat and greens. Then spent the rest of the day with chips, party pies, ice cream and wine.0

oatmeal with blueberries, cinnamon and a bit of pure maple syrup - mixed with boiling water and coconut almond milk!3

nothing yet, going to eat some oatmeal. its my usual 10 am meal. nothing special.0

The stuff is amazing, and goes well with almost anything. I literally just pick up the whole potatoes with my fingers, dip them in the Sriracha, and chomp.2 -

Ensure Milk Chocolate Shake (high protein)....my typical "on the way to church meal". Then a traditional (high salt) ham and scalloped potatoes for lunner (lunch/dinner), then back to the diet Monday. Happy New Year all.0

Will have a light breakfast, probably a Greek yogurt or something, because we are hosting my father in laws 82nd birthday party this afternoon.
On the menu:
Chili
Black eyed pea dip (for luck!)
White Castle Burgers (his favorite)
Bacon wrapped grilled duck
Cheese and Salami
Chocolate covered pretzels
Angel food cake
Beer

My usual breakfast (cottage cheese with peanut butter, PB2, and chia seeds with an orange). Dinner is going to be a huge pork tenderloin with homemade spaetzles, vegetables (I'm making spaghetti squash and brussels sprouts for me), sauerkraut, and lots of German wine and champagne.1

2 whole eggs, steel cut oats, and TWO tsp. of brown sugar because I like to live on the edge. Haha.1
