Leftover meatloaf sandwich with lots of spicy mustard!1

Breakfast was just coffee and cream. A few hours later, first meal was wild caught salmon (with my bare hands) and buttered baby potaotes.1

Low carbing it here. A fried jumbo egg wrapped around a Jimmy Dean hot sausage patty with a dollop of hot deli mustard. Coffee with half and half. Yummm. That was at 11am. Still not hungry....1

Lunch: Egg and bagel with Gouda cheese
Dinner: Lasagna, Rice and pigeon peas, and Pico de gallo0 -
Skipped breakfast today, so my first meal of 2017 was a somewhat traditional Japanese American New Years Day lunch: king crab legs, sushi, sashimi, chicken karaage, pickled cucumbers, carrots and daikon, mochi, and kuromame (sweet black soy beans)2

Chobani yogurt and a cup of decaf. Homemade vegetable soup for lunch and home made pizza for dinner. Still under my calorie allowance for the day! But can I continue to be so good?0

Cheese and salami platter with 3 different types of cream cheese along side brie and Oka, crackers and a coffee.
Then I had a coke and shoveled the driveways and walkways.
I just ate tourtiere then a tiny piece of lime cheesecake, and a tiny piece of salted caramel cheesecake.

First dinner of the new year was ribeye, steamed sugar snap peas and roasted red potatoes. NOM!0

Yesterday (January 1) ... I had, among many other things, a whole pizza and a piece of a triple chocolate fudge cake.2

It was brunch: Fry up of scrambled eggs, home-fries, sauted zuchini with onion and tomato-garlic saute--all scooped up with whole wheat Pita. And coffee--have to have coffee! Zero regrets!1

Pumpkin Spice Pancakes, and a half serving of ham and hash browns from IHOP. The pancakes were a huge surprise and definitely worth the calories. IHOP does pretty good spiced pancakes (The apple ring pancakes from autumn were also good).0
