Hey girl! Tracking on this app will definitely be super helpful and once it becomes a habit it's like, you can't live without it ! I track my meals the night before too so I can plan ahead:) and the BBG guides are great !

I'm 23 also and looking to lose another 10 lbs and more body fat - I'm not too sure what percentage, but I just want to feel good and look Good in my own body ! My motivations are to feel sexier for my boyfriend and be ready for next summers bikini season !
