Ugh, I feel ya on the drinking. Booze is such a trigger for me! First it's a beer, then it's Taco Bell delivery (which is a real thing here in San Francisco).

Seriously, same boat. Except I think I skip breakfast more like 99.99999 percent of the time. I ate it today and I feel great. I can really see a difference, just with one day.

I love vegan sausage! I'm vegetarian, so vegan meat of any kind is basically my life blood. Been experimenting with seitan lately... Seriously if you do it right it can taste exactly like bacon.

Thanks guys! I'm new to this forum so I was unaware of the breakfast threads. I will definitely check them out. I DO want to eat breakfast because I've found that I eat less at night if I eat in the AM. I'm one of those late night snackers- trying to curb that.
