What are your trigger foods? Cheese is a huge one for me- can never have just one piece. Also, chips.

It varies for me and has more to do with my crazed hormones than the food itself. Sometimes it's sweets, sometime chips, sometimes roasted broccoli or grilled salmon.0

Crisps with dip!!!!0
-
Salt and vinegar rice cakes with cream cheese is another!0
-
Crisps are a big one for me... share bags are dangerous0
-
Salty carbs! Potato chips, super buttery popcorn, fried anything sprinkled with salt
Also candy (not chocolate) gummies, sour gummies, skittles, starbursts
Beer & wine too0 -

Me too, exactly.
Edit to add: PASTA.

Chocolate0
-
White breads and pastas - pastas more than breads.
Cheerios, too, a bit. Not like the pasta, though.0 -
Cheese, certain breads/pastries, chocolate... certain types of meat (that's what she said... just getting that out of the way) SO, basically most food groups.0
-
Chocolate and tangy cheese doritos.
Those Dairy Milk Puddles...I cannot just buy the mint one, I have to have the hazelnut too. I then alternate between the two...in the same sitting. I have also just seen their limited edition strawberry crème version. I MAY have lost my mind a little today. I am not proud. I hope the scale gods punish me in the morning!0 -
popcorn, ice cream....sighhhh0

Chips/crisps, popcorn, chocolate, candy, cookies, cake, sweet cereals, ice cream, jam, biscuits, pizza, french fries, hot dogs. I used to overeat, I still get cravings for this. These foods are best eaten on rare occasions, with extreme caution, and out of the house
I'm so glad I found which foods I CAN eat to satiety.0 -
I can't have potato chips in the house or I'll just eat the whole bag. Cheese is huge for me - especially those Kraft Singles slices. Prepared Macaroni and Cheese salad from the grocery store is another thing I can't have around. Pasta is difficult to stay away from too.0

Peanut butter0
-
Pasta, cheese, popcorn, and peanut butter are probably my worst trigger foods.0
-
Fruit. I could eat a pint of blueberries in 3 minutes before eating an entire watermelon.0
-
Cheesecake and breakfast cereal.0

I am with you 1000% percent! Potato chips are not allowed in my house anymore. Also Mac and cheese.

You sound just like me! Which foods have you found to fend off these cravings?

The smell of popcorn always gets at me.0
-
Pizza. It is so hard for me to eat only 2 slices....it almost always turns in to a binge.0
-
Pringles. Especially salt and vinegar flavor. Any other chips I can be happy with a proper little serving of 10-20 chips but Pringles man. I can easily eat a tube of those damn things. I think it's the weird dissolving texture. They're the devil.0
-
Pasta, pizza, and cheesecake!0
-
Pizza. If I could stop at 2 maybe 3 slices no big deal. Unfortunately its like polish off the whole large pizza while my wife and kids just try to get in a slice each.... Ok I share better than that but there are never any leftovers.0
-
Korean food. And i mean the entire cuisine of Korea. I just cannot have it in normal amounts.0
-
Potato chips.
Everything else, I can eat a little bit and be done with it. But the whole bag of potato chips must be finished.0 -
Pizza, pasta and cereal (especially granola!)0
-
Skittles!0

oh lordy. . There's a reason I haven't had salt n vinegar pringles for ages. Once you pop, you can't stop!
