  • I've almost fallen off my treadmill a couple times... always really scares me. I wish you a quick recovery as well.
  • Believe me, there were SO MANY times where I was in pain/feeling crappy and wanted to eat more to "make myself feel better" but I resisted and drank a glass of water instead and waited. It was just me wanting to consume something. The water trick has really helped me.

  • You can still eat healthy while working long hours- try just making better choices when eating (like if you have to eat out) or pack a healthy lunch/dinners. The not having time to workout sucks- I feel that right now but I'm not giving up either :).

  • Well if you look at the weight log you can easily see who has dropped off the group and who is still with us. We also gotta take into account that a week here or there people may have had hectic life events with family/work that may have distracted them from signing in to log.   • I totally forgot today was Wednesday- I'm thrown off because of the day off on Monday. I will have to remember to weight in tomorrow morning so I keep my time of day consistent (since I just ate dinner a little while ago).
  • With the booze it's easy- especially beer. I find that since starting this I only occasionally have a beer maybe once every other week or if I exercise a lot and have extra calories to spend.
