Up a pound this week. I was an emotional mess for half the week, but I think I'm in a better place now. I was proud of myself though, because I tracked everything I ate, even though I was way overeating, which I think helped avoid a total binge. I also exercised consistently through it. Here's to a better week!

I know I'm a little late to the party, but reading all of these responses really makes me feel like I've come to the right place. I'm 29 and have battled with my weight for at least the last ten years. I've had some real successes, but they never seem to stick. I was doing really well and feeling really good last year…
