hi all i went from 89 KG to 55 KG and then gained all back and even more. I became 103 Kg. Now i have lost till 77 KG. Have maintained for a year 76 kG. Now losing more to get to 65. Height is 5 feet 4 inches. I am female.

I have gone down from 103 kg to 76 kg, i dont have photos at 103 but myfitnesspal has been a great help as alway. This is my second time losinf extra weight. Now going from 76kg to 55 kg.

I personally dont like cheat days because it just delays the weight loss process. But after 3 weeks i had one day off.

I wasnot good at internet when i started to lose weight. My brother does all sorts of gym and cardio and strenght exercises. He is overweight and has never lost weight because he doesnot cares about diet. it has been 10 years to it.

For 17 lbs loss i lost 2 inches off my tummy.

For me i always think of progress. What progress am i making everyday so by the time i sleep i feel satisfied. Plus i always remind myself of results of 6 to 8 months when i will have a different body.

I have never experienced a whoosh ever. This is my second time losing weight. I lose daily in small amounts adding up to weekly loss. If my weight doesnot goes down daily then there is no change at the end of week. So not lucky with whooshes happening all of a sudden.

I was overweight for 12 years of life and always had cramps after i would walk. When i lost weight in 2014 i walked an hour for 9 months. From that time i have gained even more weight but my legs have never felt pain or cramps.

Eat as much fruit. It doesnot makes you fat. But the most important one on which i have not researched is. All the elders around me say some people have soft fat and they lose it quickly but gain it quickly aswell. Some people have hard fat they lose it slowly and gain slowly aswell. This doesnot makes sense to me.

weight loss wouldnot have been an issue if we could measure our exact calories in and calories out. it is totally unpredictable. sometimes good sometimes bad.

From what i have read here you really cant gain muscle in this way. In 60 days any weight loss will show on scale or measuring tape. Maybe with your clothes you are just feeling they are loser ? These 60 days you only created deficit for a pound.

My weight loss is nearly linear except for during periods. But for most people weight loss is not linear so look at 2 then 3 weeks for a change. If not then check ur calories again.

What is your height ? what is your starting weight ? it depends on how much you have to lose to be in healthy weight.

I am also hypothyroid. Lost all weight in 2014. This time doing again in 2018. For 2 months i didnt lose anything. Thought my thyroid is the problem. As soon as i took ultra care of my calories in and exercise i have lost 7 kg.

First goal : have same bmi as my brother. Second goal : same bmi as my mother.

I ended up eating a lot at breakfast. So now i almost skip it. And eat later.

have got no dumbells but have found a steel heavy vase. will record it weight and see how it goes

1 to 2 lbs difference. my room is tiled with big flat tiles i try not to move the scale so it rests on same place but i hate its inconsistency as it doesnot gives me a single value to record for reference although the good thing is that trend is still going downwards.

I lost weight once in 2013 to 2014. It took me a year from 2012 t0 2013 to understand the process. Because it was my first time. Then it only took 6 months to lose the weight. This time around it took 2 months for my mimd and body to finally adjust to changes of eating ay deficit and exercising.

hi i prefer analog machines the bigger one over small household digital machines. just a preference. but i track weight by following trend of night weight at 11 00 pm. that is when my weight is highest throughout the day.

I am in obese class 2. Within a few kg i will be in obese class 1.

My scale is from tanita digital. Works with light. Same problem gives a different value i step on it even after a second.

I kept it off for 2 years. Then got married and gained back plus 15 kg. One should be careful and not indulge in previous habits. Now doing it again to keep it off for lifetime.
