I lost 5 inches the first two weeks .. and 6.8 pounds. These next to weeks which hit yesterday i lost 7 pounds but no inches. I’m so strict on my diet and workout so much. I’m lost at why my inches didn’t lower

Human bodies are weird things. Just keep up at what you’re doing.

Your body will go through a lot of changes with weight loss. It will fluctuate its water retention depending on what you eat as well. Just stay focused and avoid the scale on such a frequent basis. I only get on the scale once a month. Keep up the good work!

Most people would be happy to see the loss reflected on the scales. Keep up the good work

5 inches in two weeks is not the norm :)

For me, personally, I lose about an inch off my waist for every 8-10 lbs I lose. What you experienced the first two weeks was likely water loss.

Fyi, 8 lbs for an inch is kind of what you see if you google it. Everyone is a little different, though.

Um. I don't expect to lose any inches faster than 2 months. Patience.
